The Merrills now available online

More than a decade after it's release, The Merrills self-titled CD is now available on Napster, Rhapsody, eMusic and now iTunes music stores. The Merrills were a meteoric post-punk band from Atlanta, GA and were active from 95-98. Members of this band were in, or went on to be in bands such as: The Plastic Plan, The Roy Owens Jr., The HOTS, Night of the Wolf (Chattanooga, TN), The Believers(FL) and Pardner. Recorded with Atlanta producer, Kevin Morrison (Holly Faith) in late '96 and released in early '97, The Merrills is a sonic crush of guitars and dramatic vocals, as was the style at the time.
